She smiled shyly when he looked at her, he was beautiful and she was hungry for someone. But Envy shook the idea away, maybe later, maybe he needed someone to be close to. She was a champion at no strings attached and relished at the idea of lust but never love. “Nothing as dramatic as your day I’m afraid,” she sighed. “I’m… I mean,” fumbling over her words she took his hand in hers, “I’m sorry about, what happened. It must be hard. I lost someone too… I understand. So if you, I mean… I… If you ever need to talk, that is. I can listen.” Smiling she pulled her hand away and felt her cheeks redden, the past was an unpleasent demon that she fought tirelessly against. Puffing on her cigarette she poured herself another large glass of vodka and threw it back. The nerves of being here were astounding, as always dodging any questions about herself she turned her gaze back to his, “Tell me more about yourself?” Envy smiled wickedly at the handsome man.

Envy shrugged and smiled shyly, how much could she tell this new friend anyway. “Guy troubles,” she admitted as she followed the blonde towards the car park. Envy felt a flip of excitement in her stomach. She could use a break and getting out, well that was better then anything she had in mind. “Just really bored, thanks for coming. I know it was kind of… random.” Envy paused wondering what to say next, fingering her tousled brown hair she just sighed, “I don’t know. I’m just going a little insane from not really having any friends so, well, I really appreciate this.” Smiling she gently put her hand on Decembers shoulder to show her sincerity. “Enough about me, tell me all about your gorgeous self,” perking up she skipped towards the cars, wondering which one was December’s awaiting chariot.
Hitting a fancy button on a fancy key fob a small sports car a few spots away beeped. She gave a small laugh at the Envy’s expression. The car wasn’t completely her style, but she could appreciate it.
“Courtesy of the one, Mr. Eli Reed,” December shrugged sliding behind the wheel. “You know, boys and their toys.”
As the headed out the gate December sighed, “I’m actually glad to be getting out as well. I would have to agree with you and say men in general are usually at the root of my problems.” She was able to say this with a smile on her face, her voice light.
Envy laughed at December’s remark as she sat on the comfortable leather, “So who’s the root of your problems?” she was interested in December. There seemed to be a lot more to her then initially thought. “This place seems to have a lot of secrets,” she remarked, just like Envy, Chilton was crawling with it’s own secrets.

She was taken aback instantly by the blase way he just told her of his ex girlfriend dying, coughing a little from surprise on her cigarette she looked at him. Wondering what the hell she could say? “Oh,” she paused and took a large sip of her drink, she relished in the way it burnt her throat. “I’m sorry to hear that,” she sighed and leaned back. If she knew him better perhaps she would have touched his shirt of held his hand but Envy stayed on her side of the floor and just smiled, lost in thoughts. “Well, that’s terrible. I…” she paused this time wondering how long she could keep all of her secrets locked away. She gazed at his jawline, the way his face seemed to just glimmer in the light he was breathtaking and Envy was never normally left gaping at anyone. “Just transferred here. Things got pretty bad at my old school,” she took another drag of her cigarette thinking of the fire she started and all the pain it had caused. “Want to just talk? You know… about anything? It’s nice to have some company for a change,” she felt herself blushing a little at his eyes on her face.

December laughed at Envy’s greeting, but it was a warm laugh, not unfriendly. “Well it’s good to see you, too and that’s the plan.” She jingled a set of keys at Envy as they headed towards the parking lot.
Envy’s text had taken December slightly off guard only because with her being new there hand not been much conversation between the two. “What is the need for such an escape?” she asked casually, running a hand through her blonde hair, pushing it from her face. She was in a very ‘mothering’ type mood with all of life’s recent events and she extended the offer to Envy as well.

She didn’t want that, not today so standing in her platform blood red wedges, jeans and a white top she breathed a sigh when she saw her pretty blonde friend approaching. “Hey,” she called out and waved a little, even though she knew it appeared completely desperate. “Please get me out of here,” she smiled and began to walk towards her friend for the typical hug and air kisses that all girls seemed to engage in these days. Envy silently hoped that this would be a good day, she needed it now more then ever.

Looking up she smiled wickedly at the pretty girl in her door, this was all new she was trying desperately to escape the past. What better way then to make new friends and drink? Cassidy from her old school was hopelessly messaging her, wanting her back but Envy played games. So, ignoring his call she sat up and pushed her fringe out of her face, “Jenna?” she asked holding out her hand. “Envy, nice to finally meet you,” grinning she pulled out a bottle of champagne and offered for this new girl to have a seat. “It’s so good to fucking meet someone around here, honestly I’ve been losing my mind. Tell me all about yourself,” she winked as she popped the cork and poured two very large glasses before sitting back intrigued on whatever her pretty new friend was going to say.

Want to join?” She grinned and pulled out some glasses setting them down she fumbled for a cigarette, “You don’t mind do you?” she asked with the cigarette jutting out from her plump pink lips. Sitting down she eyed off this new piece of meat, he looked great and his smile. Oh his smile ticked Envy all over, “tell me about yourself,” she asked while looking for a lighter. This was going to be fun she decided, very fun indeed.

Envy stood in the hallway, she played innocently with the ends of her hair as she eyed off everyone walking past. Everything was still a little too new here for her liking, it was evident that secrets were like water here, everyone needed them but no one seemed to share? Some guys walked past that got her attention and she mouthed, ‘hi’ to one. He lost his footing for a second before walking off, Envy laughed. She was like a praying mantis, so dangerous and ready to rip off a new mates head. She had met someone at least, that gave her comfort. Smiling she waited for her new friend and hoped they could go and get a drink. God knows Envy could use one, she wanted to know the real things going on around here. Naughty girls never got dirty before knowing all the rules, besides there was no rush. She had plenty of time to make a mess while she was here, distracted from her musings. Envy jumped with fright from the girl that called her name. Haven, she was pretty and Envy hoped they could make friends, she didn’t have many that was for sure.
